How to give MyHireAssist, where to find the code, and what to do if something goes wrong.
How gifting works
- Pick a plan and pay once. You don’t need an account.
- You get a code on a card. Print it, send the picture, or share the link.
- They sign in to MyHireAssist, enter the code, and their plan starts that day.
Starter gift₹249
15 resumes, each made for one job, every new job from the last 7 days, and follow-up reminders, for 30 days from the day it is redeemed.
Pro gift₹349
30 resumes, each made for one job, every new job from the last 7 days, and follow-up reminders, for 30 days from the day it is redeemed.
Where to find the code
- On the page you see right after paying.
- In the email we send to the address you typed.
- In your account: sign in with that same email, then open Settings, then Gift cards.
The card belongs to the email you typed, so you don’t need to do anything else.
The email didn’t arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first. On a busy day the email may come the next day.
Still nothing? Sign in to MyHireAssist with the email you typed when you paid, and open Settings, then Gift cards. Your card is there.
Using it, and when it ends
- Redeem it within 6 months of buying. The last day is on the card.
- It works once.
- The plan’s days start when it is redeemed, not when it is bought.
- Anyone can redeem it, you too. They need a free MyHireAssist account.
- It works only on MyHireAssist and can’t be swapped for cash.
- Once redeemed, it can’t be refunded.
To redeem, open the link on the card, or go to Redeem a gift card and type the code.
Typed the wrong email?
Please sign in and write to us from Help and support. Tell us the Razorpay payment ID and the right email. The payment ID starts with “pay_” and is in the payment message from Razorpay. If you can’t find it, tell us the amount, the day you paid and the email you typed.
We move the card to the right email and send it again.
