Paid once, nothing to cancel
MyHireAssist plans are a single payment that lasts 30 days. There is no subscription: nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another plan.
Full refund within 7 days
If you haven’t made a resume with your plan, you can have all your money back within 7 days of paying. To ask, write to us from Help and support with the email you signed in with. The refund goes back to the card or UPI account you paid from, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Paid, but your resumes didn’t arrive
If your payment went through but your plan didn’t start, write to us from Help and support. We add it to your account.
A payment that failed
If a payment failed but money left your account, your bank or UPI app returns it on its own, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Nothing is added to your account for a failed payment.
