Terms and Privacy Policy

MyHireAssist is run by Melchizedek Technologies, India. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy below.

One account per person. Only add resumes and career details that are yours and true. You are responsible for what you add and for what you send to employers.

Resumes are written by automated tools using only the career details in your vault. Those tools can make mistakes, so read every resume before you use it. We never apply to jobs or message anyone on your behalf.

Job listings link to the company's own posting. Listings can close at any time. A match score is a guide, not a promise of an interview or a job.

Paid plans are a one-time payment that lasts 30 days. Each tailored resume uses one credit. Credits and full job access end when the plan ends, and unused credits expire. Prices shown at checkout are the final price. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store them. Refunds are explained on our Refunds page.

Do not misuse the service, try to get around its limits, or access it with automated tools. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Your email and name, your profile photo if you sign in with Google, the resumes and career details you add, the job descriptions you use, the applications you track, and the status of your payments.

To build your career vault, match you to jobs, make tailored resumes and send the reminders you ask for. Your documents are processed by automated tools, including AI services from trusted providers, only to do these things. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use cookies to keep you signed in; the site needs them to work. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. Only if you allow it, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to see which pages help people. It gets the address of the page you open, never your resumes or anything you type. Our database is in India and our application server is in Singapore. Files you upload are kept in private storage.

You can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Deleting your account withdraws your consent.
